Probably Redline, but do i need a friction modifier also?
How much do i need?
Thanks

If you use Redline MTL, do NOT use any friction modifier; its already in there. To fill an MTX, drain it, take it off the jack stands (basically make the car level), and fill the tranny till it fluid starts to spill out the fill hole. That's the proper amount of fluid. The actual amount varies, as newer MTX-75s were revised to hold less fluid than older revisions. Older trannies hold 2.6, newer hold 2.0. Just "fill till spill" and you'll be fine.

Instead of trans fluid, use a real light oil, it has worked wonders for me.

Yeah - that'd be a great idea

Since gear oil is 75w90 and ATF is what, like a 70w75 then a real light oil would do WONDERS for a tranny (ie wonder why it stopped running!)
