When I read this I was laughing out loud for about 10 seconds!!! Whooo...almost teary!!!
However funny, that's some rather cool pics! I too hate spiders but its scary/beautiful all in the same. Just keep it off my arm so I don't freak!!!

Nice! I used to have a pink-toed tarantula when I was in middle school. One day the thing got out of its aquarium and scared the [censored] out of me! 
It also made a huge web-nest on the side of the aquarium and would chill in there, waiting for crickets and anything else I would throw in the cage to walk by...

Can't say I've ever seen a pink-toed tarantula. I almost bought an orange-knee tarantula till I saw it's price tag though. Lol. $100 for that one...versus $20 for the one I brough home. No brainer. This is my 2nd one, the first one died because Terminex didn't tell me they were going to kill it with the spray they use.

I won't even try to pick it up. Not only do the books say not too, they will bite...or stab, whatever you want to call it. My last one was friendly enough to handle, but he did get me once. It felt just like a be sting for the most part.

So this one may seem a little morbid. I was mowing the lawn and stirred up a grasshopper, I made a point to catch this instead of buying more crickets. Here's the result.
