Going to meet some friends tonight and a 17 year old girl with 2 other youngins and little baby decided to make a left hand turn into me. Maybe if I had slammed the brakes we wouldn't have hit, but I don't do that because if she had stopped I may have hit her dead on. I swerved to the right (I was in the left lane) so she only clipped the bumper. Just a little scratch.

I almost threw it into reverse right there, but instead hit first did a quick U turn and flew into the parking lot right behind her. I was of course ready to start yelling but got out checked the damage which wasn't much and proceeded to talk to her. Told her it will probably be about $200 for a shop to fix and she can pay me cash or I can call the cops for an accident report. She wanted the cops called so that's what I did.

She ended up getting a failure to yeild ticket and I get the report friday and I'll get a quote and probably just pocket what ever her insurance pays.

Yeah, it's all good. I wasn't too upset. I mean it sucked but it wasn't real bad and I've gotten used to things happening every month or so with this car. A friend was riding with me and we were joking around and then 3 more came up while the cop was doing his thing. We just laughed at the girl's stupidity.

Man, what is it with CEGers being hit and hitting people these days? Today, my minivan was like a huge rolling target too. I can't even COUNT the number of accidents I almost got into that wasn't MY fault though, mind you.
Not only did a rock smack my windshield REALLY good, but a nice crack in it, looks like someone shot it. LOLOL
Then some old man, who had pulled out and stopped in the turning lane to wait on traffic.....or so I thought.... decided he was going to attempt to pull out RIGHT into me as soon as I got up by him. Luckily his ears still work even if his brain doesn't and he heard me laying on the horn and squealing the brakes. Then he looks over like "Wow, there's another van there?"... he was in a minivan too. I guess having my headlights on is a moot thing because these people are complete IDIOTS.
Oh yeah, some moron girl, couldn't have been more than 21 yrs old, did NOT have her headlights on during the monsoon today. It was so bad outside that the ONLY way I even saw her was because she was stopped at the stop light waiting to go to the main side of base. If it wasn't for her brake lights, I would have hit her. Stupid girl

Some people are just too stupid to live. We need some serious weeding of the gene pool.
