My vote would be Patricia Ford. Ok, so she's not an actress. She could just put on the suit, and fly around in the invisible jet for 90 minutes.

They need someone tall, statuesque, and bad ass.
I haven't seen anyone in Hollywood who could really pull that off. They'd need the body of Brigitte Neilsen and the face of Monica Bellucci.
Although, Monica's pretty tall herself, and could probably rip up if she wanted to.
