Depends on what area of Rockford your in... My place is right off of both Hwy 94 and 90 so its a great central area for a meet or an area to meet prior to going somewhere in Madison..
I used to drive to The Speed Shop in Loves Park, IL which is right next to the Rockford Race Track a few times a week when my car was there.. it took me about 40-45 minutes or so. Even if you are a few exits past that area it shouldn't take too much longer.
I'm down for a meet soon... only time that I have plans is Aug 5th as my buddy is getting married. (In Rockford as well, go figure)

I'll drive to Rockford... its not that freakin far away..
when? and what would we do for a meet?
I got an Ipass but I heard that stuff is all ripped up right now even though it wont be done til Sept or whatever for the Open Tolling.

its not that bad... i was just down there.. but i was in a truck so i dont know how bumpy it was..

its the law..
no it's not.
it's a policy of many rental places, but most will allow someone under 21 (but 18 or older) to rent at a higher rate.
