So, my and my buddies went back to the junkyard today and again, I didn't intend to buy anything, but I was on the lookout for speakers... I got a set of Boston CX8's and a set of Diamond Audio M371i's... All for $10...

The Boston's are pretty much mint and sound awesome. I think these will go in the front but we'll see.

The Diamond's on the other hand... One is perfect but on the other, the voice coil is separated from the cone. It still works but sounds like crap as the two rub on each other. I think im gonna send Diamond an email and explain the situation to them and see what they say. They probably won't do anything but, its worth a shot. If nothing, i'll try to epoxy the two back together...

There's another pair of kenwoods and a pair of Sony Xplod's that I didn't have time to pull still out there... Then the contours/tauri are gutted from aftermarket speakers...

There is an older SHO with the JBL amps, are the amps/wiring worth grabbing from it??

I know places would fix the coil, but how much is it gonna cost?? If its gonna cost too much then it might not be worth it... If thats the case, then i'll just try to epoxy them together.

Speaking of SHOs, Anyone see the new Futura wagon in this months Car and Driver? The engine looks exactly like an SHO engine. the car is worth looking at, kinda weird in a cool way. very cool exhaust exit. Don't know if they'll be sold in the stats
