looking to pick up a ECU for a 96 se sport 5spd,
that has a code of XXY4 or even a trade for my current ECU XXY2 works 100% just need a XXY4 for my chip

You can search www.car-part.com

These are wreckers and that's how I got mine.
They may not list it by 4 digit code, but you can call them and ask them which code is on it.

I got mine 3 years ago for $75.00 from Mike's Auto Parts Can-ON(Stoney-Creek) 1-800-667-8016 or 1-905-385-9292

I can recommend dealing with Mike's in Stoney Creek,they're pretty good. I picked up a full leather interior and 4 door panels for my Mystique for $350 inc taxes from them!

NOPE!
There are many diffent 4 digit codes for the car, it depends on the options.
Call them and say you found one on car-part.com, Stock Number 2A3754 and if the code is XXY2.
If it doesn't ask if they have one with XXY2.
