hey Just wanted to say hello to some of the guys and girls here.I currently have a 2003 Mustang Cobra,Im getting a 98 SVT Contour tommorow. I dont know much about them but Im eager to learn. Im getting this car for about 400 bucks, so I wanna see what I can do with it. The kid Im buying it from said It over heated. Other then It not running the car is in great shape. The only eye sore is that its missing both side skirts the things that run along the doors. I went to FFF yesterday to check out the contours and ask some questions. But there were only 3 contours and no owners : ( . The guys with the SHO's directed me to this site.

thats funny. i just picked up an 03 cobra and am getting rid of a 99 csvt. mine was the silver csvt at FFF yesterday. the red one was Dion's and the black one belonged to some older woman. last year we didnt get to see much of the show so this time we were determined not to miss it. barely saw everything, except the broncos, in time before everyone started leaving.

where abouts do you live? i cant believe you picked up a csvt so cheap! i know just the guy you need to make friends with to get that thing running right

Yes I seen the Silver one Very Nice car and I also seen the Red one also nice. I live in the Fontana Area. I figured for 400 bux I cant go wrong. The kid that owned it said it was in bad shape and needed a lot of cosmetic work, when I seen It, I was very surprised to see in what Great conditon it was in. All It needs is a Wax and carpet cleaning.Im very excited and Hope I can get this thing running and use it as a daily driver.
