I'm almost positive that was me. I don't have any recent pictures of my car, but your description seems almost exact. Black, lowered, tinted, black 18's with polished lip and mesh grill. My friend lives off of De Soto so I'm over in that area a lot. I was over there from about 8-12 on Friday night.
