I drive a 2000 CSVT and love it. I've been reading about a limited edition ZX2 S/R Ford put out in 1999 and 2000.
It sounds pretty interesting. If anyone runs across one in central Ohio (I'm from Springfield) let me know. Thanks.

Yeah those cars were made, I've only seen a couple of them though. It has a big chrome exhaust tip and a lowered ride height, imagine that, a lowered ride height from the factory, WOW I think there only made in yellow or black, but I could be wrong on that one. Good luck finding one

ummm, Roger, I think that dumbass was a huge tree!! Erik behind the well wasn't really a good idea either. I've driven that car a few times. it's fun to drive and handles great, but is dog slow. Like old beagle slow. grey hair slow. you get the picture.

I'm from Dayton and almost bought my friend's girlfriend's ZX2 s/r, but bought 98 CSVT instead. As far as I know she still has it,it's black. I rode in it once-it's pretty quick for an Escort-but thats it. I think Ford's 1/4 e.t spec for it is like 16.2. She lives in Cincy. I know she has been saving up for a new Cobra, so I can find out if she wants to get rid of it anytime soon.

Thanks SVT CAM. If its not too much trouble, let me know if she is going to move onto the Cobra soon. If she has already traded it in I'd like to know what dealer might have it. I know it won't run with my CSVT but it sounds like a fun car that I might be able to let my teenage son drive without him getting in too much trouble.
