hey guys have any of you noticed that our cars are getting some bad milage with the 10% ethonal blend in them. I've been getting only 280-290 miles before I need to refuelagain . I used to get between 310-320 miles before refueling.

I wish I could get 280 - 290 miles out of a tank of gas!!!

I'm happy to see 225-250!!!

That doesn't help. Are you running the tank down to 'e' or only a 1/4 ?

I'm getting between 19-23mpg depending on how much highway. I usually fill up at the 1/4 mark which translates to about 10-11 gallons of gas and 210-240 miles per tank.

Ouch, I normally get 320+ per tank, but I also am filling it up lower. I got 373 out of a tank earlier this year.

You whiny bastids. Since May 1st I've spent $720 in gas.

I got 11.65 mpg out of the last tank. Yes, *sometimes* I miss my tour.

I knew you'd miss Puff.

I don't drive the SVT that much, so I really haven't taken the time to figure out the miles per gallon.

Now the Exploder, mpg may be a bit off from normal. I really haven't seen a huge difference though.

FYI- 99+ tanks are larger than 98's so that affects things too. Change the fuel filter etc. I don't think my E0 gets great mileage but I don't think there is anything wrong with it either. No CE lights or anything. I have fresh plugs and wires.

i got the duratech.and i don't use the a/c. f that. but i am tossing out a code, stupid o2 sensor.. but even before that i was getting close to that same milage. CRAP but then again i got a heavy foot one it gets dark and chilly out..

Well, if it's running rich then there is your culprit.

Yep, what Todd said.

Replace that 02 sensor.

Don't count your chickenhawks before they're hatched.

Bad O2 sensors can DEFINITELY affect your mileage.

Sidenote: does anybody know how to code super- and subscripts? That's been driving me crazy.
