I noticed we only had an option of federal mogul mains and maybe some clevite 77 in the workings. Did anyone find out if the clevite 77 were out in stores yet. Stupid O'reilly and autozone makes it a special order and charges for shippping too. Is the OEM better or just outright more expensive. I beleive Napa had the bearing for 51.00 whiched seem high in price. Thanks Joey

Idk if there is a diff but federal mogul owns Clevitte 77. Or is clevitte 77 a specific type of bearing!?

this is a page out of clevite catalog that shows that they have part numbers but NAPA saids they can't get them?

I just bought the Clevite mains from NAPA. Don't recall cost.

I got mine from Checker's I believe...I know Draxas had them.
