So here is the deal. I just got enough money to get a set of Ground Control coilovers to lower my SE Sport. The thing is that they are sold for either stock shocks or for Konis, but they are the same price. My question is, can I buy the coilovers for Koni shocks but put them on the stock shocks until I can afford Konis later? Or if I bought them would I have to wait until I can afford to get Konis to put them on? Read afford to as in a rather long time... Just wondering if someone could enlighten me on that. Thanks

The reason they are sold that way is because the housings on the Koni struts are bigger! The threaded sleeve is slightly bigger allowing to slide over the Koni. Get the Koni ones if you plan on getting Koni's!

I do plan to get Konis later but not for some time, what your saying is that I could put them on the stock shocks though?

Try www.spmotorsports.com - but be patient, Joe is a one-man operation and he's got a lot going on right now.

Shox.com baby! I helped make that website about a year ago while with my old web design co. Check out the cheesy flash intro. Yup, good times... Anyway, they do have about the best prices around and I would definently recommend them. Also, another company owned by the same guy often has specials on GC's. You can check it out at daveturner.com

I bought them from customcougars.com, cheapest price ($409 shipped IIRC) and great service...highly recommended!
