Tint looks good. I have 20% all around (illegal in most states, but not NM

) and I think it's just right. 15% would be just too darn dark at night. But, the white/dark tint contrast always looks killer in my book.

Where'd you get that intake tube from? Is that a Taurus/Sable part? (i.e. for their 3L)

a friend of mine dominic made it for my car. he actually took over my car for 6 months to polish and finish her off. i am running 3 liter uim/lim and 24 lb injectors off the e1 computer and no engine codes. anyway the reason i have started to post here more is because i finally met some of you guys from michigan about a month and a half ago. i am glad that both sites fco/ceg are cool with each other now because you guys seem pretty cool. anyway... the intake pipe is custom. we had to move the battery to the trunk to make it work. it used to look like this

My old 300ZX was 5% all the way around. It was dark all the time in that car

I'm probably going 5% with my car when I get it tinted.

na, dom is cool with everyone over here. ya we switched back after he finished the car. he didn't miss out though because i had a 3 liter put in his red one when i had it. but i have to admit i didn't realize how much i missed the white car. mikey is it too late for reservations at spring zing??

no it isnt too late. i think trapps is leaving the registration open until 4-5 days before the event. sign up soon though.

if you go down to the SZ section all the info you will need is down there. it would be great if you could make it up there. you have to show your car off.

hey mikey can you chop a factory spoiler in my car so i can see what it would look like. also i would definately like to make an appearance at spring zing.

sorry about the poor quality. you get the idea though. i would stay with it the way it is. you could always go with a pre 98 lid with a lip spoiler.

hey i appreciate it guys. your positive opinions make me feel a little better about dropping so much money into the car...lol. anyway, i think that dom is planning on being there a lot more since the last michigan meet went so well. yeah i guess you could say i kinda owned the red svt too. the plan was for dom to take the white one and finish it, then return it to me. my payment to him was funding the 3 liter in his car, i got a sick price on the motor though. 550 for a 03 complete motor. i do miss the racing seats that were in the red svt though.

mikey... thanks for the chop but i think you are right. i am gonna leave it alone. i may change the color of the car to a more cadillac pearl type color though. not sure yet.

right now there is no question, the white one is much faster. but i wouldnt bet on that when dom puts his 3 liter uim/lim and injectors on his. you wouldn't believe the benefits of that setup. i drove the 3 liter red svt with the svt intakes/injectors.... honestly there is no compairison.

How much did the white paint job cost?

nothing for the paint job... a friend of a friend did it. all we had to do was pick the color and buy the paint.

side note.... isnt she pretty????

thanks man. yeah dom and i are great friends. i have no problem at all with you lookin at it for ideas. thats why we are all here. i finally got to drive it today because it was nice out. that thing hasn't seen a snowflake or a raindrop since it was repainted.
