No problem!

IMO 225/40-18 is the best size for optimal aesthetic appeal (as you can see above) and wheel protection.

I had no problems with rubbing, but pounded the lips back as a precautionary measure. I don't think Scott has his fender lips pounded back, but AFAIK no rubbing.

They are on my car now the last several pic's Pete posted. I'm running Eibach's with stock struts (Koni's going on very soon)and I only get a slight rub on big dips if going pretty fast. My stock struts now have ~50K and are getting a little soft so the Koni's should fix that. Pet was running Koni's w/Ground Control's and I don't think he had any rubbing issue either.

Oh and I do have a basically brand new set of 18" Titanium Superleggra's for sale...they have VERY little miles on them and are pretty much perfect

This was the first time I've actually bought wheels and it really feels like the icing on the cake. I had a set of 15's before but they were hand-me-downs. I coudln't be more happier! Well, maybe if I get the tune worked out on my XCal2 I'd be even happier but thats a different story

Alright, I avoided doing this because I really wanted it to be a suprise along with all my other new mods I hid for SZ but I'm desperate at this point.

One of my 18" Tantrums cracked and leaks air. I need a replacement set of wheels ASAP. I found a seller with new 17" Superleggeras for $189 each. Spoke to him about them through email and then when I was ready to send payment, I asked for his PayPal with no reply after 3 emails. I then searched the internet till I reached the end and found no Superleggeras in 17" at a decent price. Links are either dead or price is ridiculous at $280 a rim.

Does anyone know where I can get these ASAP? The way it's looking, I'll be rolling up to SZ with E1's and snow tires.

I got them for track use, I don't care that they are white. I'm not going to spend the money to change them either. Screw it, I putting them on for Spring Zing! I decided I wanted 17" now instead of 18". 17" will be perfect for ride quality and no rubbing. I get an occasional rub once and a while with 18". Plus the 17" Superleggera is only 15 lbs.

Plus Alex will only sell local.

Elky, about replacing my Tantrum; it's not something I can do. Tantrums are from 1998 and are long discontinued. Finding 1 replacement 18x7.5 Tantrum in 4x108 is like Goonz tryin to find his weewee in his shorts.

If I can't get the Superleggera ASAP, I'll be showing up in the next hottest wheel.
