Question: Does anybody else have a black SVT badge on their engine? Every other CSVT I have seen has a red one.

The big red badges are from the SVT Focus engines. Bill Jenkins and I discovered a few years ago that it fits just nicely and looks better than the older thin red ones.
And for useless knowledge, my old 98 SVT #173 had a red badge too. I think the black badges were for the first few that went to historical and execs cars, I assume.Originally posted by Arhethia:

IIRC, Ford has the first 3 in storage/showroom and the next two went on to execs.
