what year is that cluster installed on?

It is on my '98 LX 4 Cyl.

will it work on a 99 4 cylinder?

its like, kinda a svt cluster but not really

I believe the 99's have the tach signal so it should work as it does on mine. Maybe a person with better knowledge can answer your question.

Main problem with them is that you'll never be able to find overlays that properly fit them since they're all made for 130mph and a couple for 160mph. I guess you could buy an SVT overlay -- the speedo would be a little bit off, but not too bad.

Very true on that, but the green isnt so bad to keep everything matching throughout the car. I guess you can always put SVT Needles on them. But guys I am telling you this, all of a sudden my foot feels heavier hahaha because where the 80 is now used to be 70 on my old speedo lol.

We'll I have 8 of these sealed in a box if anybody is interested. If you have added alot of miles since your last inspection this is your chance to roll back a few haha.

Not true, their are overlays for mondeo's that go up to 150. You could always find someone on MEG that knows exactly where is a good place to buy from.
