My left blinker is working sparatically. Some days it works fine, and then all of a sudden it starts to blink rapidly like one of the bulbs have gone out.
Do you think it is a loose connection of one of the bulbs, or a bad flasher relay?

I had the same problem, and here is how I honestly fixed it: I turned the blinker on, went to the back of the car, and slapped the taillight. Presto! Blinker worked fine again. Maybe these results aren't typical and the method isn't the best, it worked for me, and it can't hurt to try.

I pulled the bulb cleaned the area and it has been fine!
