Fuses 4 & 11 engine compartment fuse box, although I'm not sure what you mean by resetting fuel system. Fuel pump shut-off switch reset is by driver's left foot.

In the 1996 In the 1996 models, it's fuses 9 & 11.

4 & 11 for 98 Contours... for about 2 minutes

Fuse 11 is actually the only one you really have to pull, since it provides the "keep alive power" to PCM.
Either fuses 4(ignition relay) or 9(PCM relay) are precautions in case someone has left ignition on inadvertently.

according to the fusebox cover, it says to disconnect the battery before servicing fuses.
