You know, if Ford can keep that thing under $40K out the door and prohibits the dealers from adding "premiums" to the sticker, I will do some serious herd-thinning and get one.

If the drivetrain isn't flimsy, i'll have one in the stable in the future. For sure. It's a great value if under 40k. If above, then meh.

My prognostication is the MSRP will indeed be under 40k. Dealer markup will be inevitable on a car this prized. Easily expect around 45k out the door.
