Where to buy paint

I'm looking to buy some paint for my car to touch up some minor scratches. Other than crappy tire is there a good place to buy touch up paint? Also, I am considering repainting the entire front bumper and would like to be able to buy paint buy the liter not by the can (aerosol), who makes the best paint for this purpose and where can I get it?

Cawthra Automotive does awesome paint matching, last I checked they do aerosol and non aerosol. Give them your paint code and bring a part if you have it as well and they will match it on the spot for you before you pay.

Last I checked it was $20 with tax for a can.

I've boughten paint matched to the car from a car quest paint centre before. Not sure if they still have those.
