Wheel Bearing pressed in a tad too far

It seems like the machine shop pressed one of my wheel bearings a tiny amount too much. The only reason we can tell is because the snapring doesnt get seated all the way, but I've read that many Contours dont come with the right amount of snaprings on the bearings often and they seem kind of redundent with the pressed in bearings. Will this throw off the driveaxle or really affect anything you guys think? Tried to pound it out a bit, doesnt budge

sounds like they didnt press it in far enough. if they pressed it in too far, you'd have a gap between the bearing and the snap ring. take a flathead screwdriver and a hammer and tap on the snap ring(not the bearing!) until it is seated properly

Pressing out sometimes makes a burr, I've had to clean the groove out before to make a clip go in. Meaning bearing could be right. Within .005" and you CAN tap it in like he says.
