hey guys i need help, i have been getting water into the cabbin of my ford contour do u all have any ideas of where is it coming through?

Water in cabin - need help

Where is the water coming from? If it is from the passenger side footwell, its more than likely coming from the cabin air filter.
From brand new , I was having issues with water on my driver's floor . Ford couldn't find it (or replicate it , as they said , even though I could replicate it every time it rained) . I found the leak with a 2-gallon bucket of water . I poured it over the mirror area & it ran inside the car with ease , running down the INSIDE of the vapour barrier behind the door panel & over the door sill (plastic) plate into the car . I removed the mirror , sealed it up better , then never a leak again !

Yea , they tried to tell me that , and replaced the seal ... NOPE - still leaked !

Good info though if someone else has a leak. Check that too!
