This "Who makes Super Tech conventional?" question comes up about 3 times a month and I think the most common answer is still the correct one based as based the Walmart MSDS file.
ExxonMobil has limited regional distribution supplied from the New Jersey lube plant to limited regions in the East.
Super Tech from the Specialty Oil Division of Pennz/QS has limited distribution in some of the Gulf Coast states.
And, of course, WPP supplies nationally from the Omaha/Council Bluffs location.
