I have a little oil leak from valve cover and oil in spark plugs ,So i bought the gasket kit today Felpro but it did not come with the spark plug tube seals , so my question is I need the spark plug grommets can I buy them (separate) , or should i return it and try to get the kit with the plug seals , do they have the kits with the plug seals , Maybe i can seal the plugs with the old seals and gasket sealant before install ? 95 contour 2.0 G L 120 k , I hope I get can them separate but I doubt it .

There are no plug seals on a Zetec. the valve cover gasket seals off the valley between the cams where the spark plugs go.

Yep, no plug seals. You'll see it once you pull the valve cover off.

Make sure you torque to the proper specs or you'll be doing it all over again very soon. The valve cover gasket on the Zetec doesn't like to be overtightened at all. They crush and won't seal right even if you adjust it later.

Thanks guys for your answers yesterday I put new 02 sensor in and a couple of days ago installed vacuum sensor for egr valve . Had code light and its gone now car is running alot better 95 contour 2.0 124 k . The only problem now is the rough idle or steering wheel vibration, I put jack under car on tranny and motor and jacked up a little bit to see if it would help with (shaking ) no help . I checked out mounts they look good I think ! So today I am gonna take off throttle body and change valve cover gasket oil on one plug and change plugs . When I have throttle body off install new gasket , and maybe I can see pvc hose and clean EGR ports but I don"t think so .

there are no ports to clean for the EGR as it comes into the manifold at the bottom via a tube. the PCV valve is located in the oil separator which is behind the exhaust manifold/CAT.

the PCV hose goes from behind the cat around side under the thermostat housing and coil pack and into the side of the intake manifold.

Wow thanks , so I will change that stuff today and see if it helps with the Idle shaking. I don't think its the mounts but i could be wrong . Its just that from under the car I do not see no vibration . Only on top motor and inside steering wheel and dashboard , might be IAC valve but that should throw a code . In reverse the shaking is a little less than in drive . No vac leaks ,so now I will do the gasket changes and let you know , most likely its tranny mounts I hope not , no lift and I am not as young as I use to be. If it is the mounts I get some jack stands and take it from there . THANKS YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST !

HUH? I suppose if the tires were turning you might suspect, but the op is worried about the usual vibration at idle and although he didn't state it probably at a standstill.

Yes it is at standstill , tires are balanced and bent rim replaced dam potholes . I did not get to change valve cover spark plugs and throttle body gasket today . But tomorrow i"m gonna get to that , I don"t think its gonna help but it needs to be done maybe my tps is a little weak , Idle is just a little to low especially with a load on it you know lights A/C stuff like that . Drove about 50 miles today no more check engine light and mileage is up from 12 mpg to 25 mpg I guess 02 sensor and EGR pressure feedback sensor did the trick , better response now and a little more pep not to bad for a 4 banger . I still hope its not the mounts but its looking like it might be . Let you know tomorrow how I make out with that stinking vibration .

One more question about mounts tranny and motor. If I put a floor jack under tranny with a small 1 by 6 piece of wood and jack up a little bit take pressure off tranny and mounts, that should stop vibration in drive with parking brake on . I don"t know its just a thought ?
