Umm... seriously? Over-sea's on a closed course, I really think that it's not against any rule, therefore making this legit... (don't get me wrong, I could be very wrong..) -- Unless your being sarcastic, which I just may have noticed lol

The problem is that nobody "else" was laughing.. and the only "laughing" that you were doing was at the end of a slightly snide remark about the current state of affairs (both rules and member's actions) , and the ensuant handling of any inappropriate material on this forum.

Its like the saying goes: "Simply adding 'aw, I'm just kidding, man' at the end of any insult doesn't make it go away."

For future reference. Any PRIVATE, amateur, self-shot or small budget film created or showing speeds in excess of the speed limit or on public roads will not be allowed. If you went through the trouble of contacting public safety, the highway patrol, or whoever else is required and have their blessing and watchful eye while making said video, then you are fine to post it here. Until then... please move along.
