Happened to have the camera on me, but no time for a wash. Halfway through taking the pics I remembered I had some crappy tire shine in the trunk so I sprayed it on....not great results, but some of the pics look pretty good!

The V is now lowered with an Eibach Prokit. It is on stock wheels with 245/45/18 Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position tires. I kind of wish the lowering spacers made for a little more drop in the rear, but it still looks better then stock!

The CSVT just has a Spec clutch and lightweight flywheel. Obviously it needs the wheels powdercoated black to match :cool:.

I hate black wheels, but that's a nice looking CTS-V you have there. :cool: Maybe Rawburt will be kind enough to come in and profess that his Lancer is faster. :rolleyes:
 
It would have to be one REALLY fast Lancer (and one really fast driver :laugh:).....maybe he'll bring it to SZ and we can get some laptimes on whatever track were going to run on? I would love awd though!

Rawburt drives an 11-sec Evo that runs on E85. Sure, it shares the same platform, but Tex just pulled off the Japaese version of calling a SuperSnake a V6 Mustang.

Very, very good-looking cars!

Tex is just kinda mad because Rawburt's 4-cylinder will walk all over his G8 :laugh:
 
He would have me in the 1/4 by a bunch then, even with my 500+ whp depending on what shot I run I can only dip into the mid 12's. We have TERRIBLE problems putting power to the ground without blowing up our aluminum differentials.

On a road course or auto-x though I really let her stretch her wings! Thanks for the compliments!

No, Tex doesn't give a $hit about the little q-tip and his used little 11.7 second econobox, but does find it annoying when the ass comes in and $hits all over threads, generally completely derailing the conversation.

I'll tell you the same thing I told him, I don't go to the track just so I can get a little piece of paper to jack off to at night. I know approximately what my car will do and don't care enough to go find out. If I wanted to have the fastest car out there, I would have bought it, no problem.

And it is a LANCER Evolution, is it not? I guess I don't keep up with rice to know for sure. I'd rather have a V6 Mustang...



While we're on the topic though, what numbers does a 500+ WHP CTS-V yield?

Studying Management. The house is Phi Kappa Sigma (better known as Skulls). I lived there for 3 years but decided to live out of house this year. That lawn is a great place for pictures though!
