Subframe connectors...

What is the advantage of these? What are the negatives of these? If welded on the car, i have a cougar could these make the car too stiff? Having some flex is good...

it makes things pretty stiff. I can jack up 1 corner of the car and have 3 wheels off the ground. The only disadvantage in my opinion is it's not a DIY job if you don't have a welder.
