Stock SVT Springs from Ford?

Are they still available? Ford parts catalog (online) only lists the SVT struts, no springs to be found.

No, they are discontinued. I just checked while looking for a waterpump on Tousley.

My friend just bought stock SVT struts and springs from a local dealer about 3 months ago BRAND NEW.

I bought Brand New SVT struts and srings for the rear about 2 years ago from a local Ford dealership...
I can't answer for more recent, but maybe some dealers still have some in warehouses or other locations if they really are discontinued...:shrug:
