I know I'm a little late to the party here, and I can't see the dyno graphs, (I'm at work), but 30° of temperature difference is HUGE, and will drastically affect power & torque at all RPM ranges. It sounds like your power difference could definitely be solely from the temperature, especially if your cold run was done with a cooler engine than your warmer run. I'll try to remember to look at your charts when I get home, but at this point, I think you may be chasing a ghost.
