I am trying to remove one of the incandescent backlights from a speedometer gauge. The small bulb in the pink holder. More specifically, the plastic type pink holder that wont let go of the bulb. I am holding the little metal arms down (the ones that make contact with the circuit board) and can wiggle the light out just a bit, but thats as far as I can get. I am afraid of crushing the bulb if I try to exert more force and wearing work gloves wont let me get a grip on it. Is the best path forward to lever the bulb out with a small jewelers screwdriver ?

thanks,

Mad Dog

Please look into the follow picture.
The way i did it was push in the the lock at the bottom ( so unhook it) then use a tinny screwdriver push both side out.
If it is too hard, i will use a screwdriver go under the contact plate (#3) to push out.

Good luck sir
