...but now its back. :)

The dealership claims they were not informed of its salvage title when it was traded in and they told me I could buy it back or give them $3000 to make up for the difference at auction.
 
If you have cash in hand they can do nothing against you. Once paid the sale is sealed...I'd keep the cash man.
 
I don't remember what goes on with a trade in, it's been a few years since the lasttime I traded anything in. But, is there anything in the paperwork that had you sign off that the title isn't salvaged or anything along those lines?

What kind of 300 did you get? My friend has one with the tiny 2.nothing in it :lol:

It was easier to just take it back and have the problem disappear. I can get more out of it this way so thats a plus.

Its a RWD Touring with the 3.5L.
 
my co-worker just bought a 300C Hemi ?

its awd v8 4.5L ....nice car, but I would never buy one.
