I need to redo it as the liner is warped for standing up on itself for so long. I also am going to redo the cut outs again. I have 5 trunk liners so no biggie. On with the pics.

the liner around the tank is a tan sunroof headliner liner lol.

Can you make the hose feed through the location in red? I figure less hose thats showing, the less chance there is for a kink. Just my opinion.

Get a trunk liner custom cut out of wood and carpet it. That is what I did in my SVT ( I am sure you saw it) Why spend all the effort custom cutting a crappy paper thin trunk liner?

i was trying to find randy's trunk liner, and if anyone wants to see it :

It does look very nice indeed. That way you will have way more support back there also, instead of relying on that really thin stuff.

Good chance you wont need the sunroof edging because you can then wrap the carpet around the MDF or wood. Reinstall the Battery on top of the board. Use Jam nuts up against the floor to hold the J-hooks in Place. Over size the hole in the wood to sit down over them.

Or dont have the wood come over under the box and at least carry the carpet under it.

Thanks that looks great. Randy is going to have to come down here and build me one of those.

I actually had a custom audio shop make the enclosure and the floor for me. You can see in the picture that most of it is just two large rectangles and then surrounded by smaller contoured pieces of wood. This should be fairly easy to make. I had them make two rectangles so that I could easily pull off one section to get to my spare tire and jack. I am no carpenter, but I would be willing to help out.

Ok guys lets make a meet out of this. Randy let me know when you can come down through pms or text message and I will set up a meet. Ive been naging Tyler to come down for quite some time and this will be the money shot.

Are we going to be making multiple trunk liners? I can bring a circular saw, but it uses rechargeable batteries. Does anybody have one that plugs into the wall? We would also need some tools to cut curves in wood, and I don't have anything to do this with.
