Removing Headlights?

Well I got some brand new headlight assemblies but I can not remove the old ones from my car. If any can give pictures or a quick tutorial on how to do it to a fellow Contour owner, I would appreciate it very much. Also what tools would I need?
 
Alright well looking around the forums I have found out how to do it but ran into a lot of problems on the drivers side. 1. I broke of the top of on of those tabs am suppose to pull out and now it won't budge. How do I remove? 2. I could not remove the battery because one of my bolts are striped. How do I remove?
 
For your striped holddown bolt, if its the long style that bolts on top of the battery with the long stem that hooks under the battery, you can use a hacksaw and replace the bolt after you cut it. If its the single bolt with the plastic block at the bottom, that is going to be a lot more challenging. Are you sure its striped or is it just nasty from acid? Spray it with wd-40 or liquid wrench and let it soak for a couple of hours.
