I have a 2000 csvt with 100,000 miles on it - doing suspension update. Koni Struts, springs, control arms. I'm having a hard time finding replacement bushings for the rear forward control arm - inboard. No one seems to stock them. Looks like I have to go back to Ford to buy the whole control arm for $175/each. Has anyone come up with an upgrade? Replaceable bushing? Energy suspension, Ford Focus, Cougar -

I was also considering boxing the control arm - installing a sleeve - polyurethane bushing?
Has anyone done anything in this area?

Doing all this because the rear swaybar mount tore out of the cross member.

There is no replacement bushing for that bar. Energy suspension sells bushings for the trailing arm and you can buy aftermarket bars to replace the rear control arm bar or make your own. The bushings on the front control arm bar usually doesn't go bad. I have my bar boxed and its pretty firm that that way. Pole120 makes some bars but does not have them on his website you may have to pm him to find out. Also if your looking for ideas to fix your rear swaybar mount I have a how to in the how to section with lots of pics.
