Hi
I am having an issue with my front passenger side power window. The power window goes down fine but the problem is getting it back up. When I press the down arrow it goes down fine but when I press the up arrow it goes up a little and stops. The only way for me to get the window all the up is to do this down and up procedure a couple of times while pulling the window up.

I did a couple of searches and it seems like the regulator may need to be replaced.

What are your thoughts on a fix for this issue?

Thanks for your help in advance!

Yup. Sounds like the window regulator is bad. The plastic ends of the cable where the springs are break and don't let the window go back up. You probably need to replace the whole window regulator assembly.

Thanks for the reply! I guess i will be doing this on the weekend.

now i will do a search to see if there is a good how to out there

Im having a similar issue but not quite as bad. on the same window the window goes down fine, but up about half way and then struggles the rest of the way. The back part of the window seems to sit lower than the front.
On the drivers side rear window, it decides when it wants to work properly, sometimes it works great, other times it goes up and gets stuck in the seal, if I help guide it in it goes up all the way.
are these window regulator problems as well? POS car!

I have a simular issue., but with the rear pass window, it goes up almost to the top, but leaves a little crack, i have to manually pull it up into place.

Check the wiring. Friend of mine had a problem like that, turned out to be a problem in the door harness. With the panel off, move the wiring around while pushing up on the switch and see if that works.
