Please help me pick a green

WOW! That is exactly what i'm looking for. I love how it shows in the 2nd picture.
Thanks.. Do you have the paint code or do you just have the Organic Candy Green name?

Hey man, slow at work so just got off the phone with my guy.

The House of Kolors paint code is: KBC9 and name is "Organic Candy Green". PM me your email address and I'll send you several more pics of my bike so you can see the contrast in what it looks like in the day versus the night.

I have a very up close pic of the tank & with it being candy paint you can see in the pic, looks like it has a small amount of metalic flake in it. I'd love to paint my SVTC that color but she's staying all OEM.

Hope this helps...

WOW!

The House of Kolors paint for the Candy Organic Green and Clear come to a total of $650. That's just ridiculous.
Candy Green(1gallon) + Reducer(2qts) , Clear coat(1gallon) +Catalyst(Hardener)(2qts)+Reducer(2qts).

My choice now is to go with their paint ,Omni catalyst+reducer , 5 Star Clear Coat..Not sure how well they will mix though..

As the old saying goes... "you get what you pay for" and House of Kolors paint IS the best of the best which is why top builders of cars & motorcycles use it. Chip Foose just to name 1. Just have to make sure you do it right, in a booth professionally so you get the best results for your money.

If you need any advice or have any questions or concerns PM me & I can get you and my buddy on the phone together. He's my age (30) & has had his own body shop since after graduating HS. He's painted over 100 motorcycles of shapes & sizes/tons of cars & is getting ready to respray my T-Red. But I've been really thinking about having him paint it a HOK pearl white and powder coat 1 set of my E1's a goldish or dark broze, with the P-Tan interior, I personally think it would look sick.

I guess so! My friend owns a body shop with a paint booth , so this is where I've had all of my cars and bikes painted . They all turned out great but don't have any experience with HOK paint. If you don't mind , please ask your friend if he's had any experience with HOK paint. If so ask him if he's gone with HOK's reducer , catalyst ,and clear or something else..That would help a bunch.

I think that combination would come out great. Most 3 tone paints come out more vague . I'm most likely going to have my stock wheel powder coated black untill I can afford some 18's(also swap them back during winter).Black wheels with the Candy Organic Green would look sick! Maybe a thin COG line on the "lips" of the black wheels as well to match the paint job.

I'm 1-2 days to picking and putting the paint on it ..

-I'll call my friend tomorrow & ask him about which process & products he used and let you know.

I do remember when he painted it he asked me if I wanted it darker or lighter green (which I told him darker) because that would depend on what primer/pre base"coat. On my bike he put on a light primer & a med silver base coat before the HOK.

I ended up going with a Forest Green Metallic colour which looks pretty darn close to the OCG. It's not your typical Forest Green so I'll post some pics soon. I'm about 80% done before I can get the car out of the body shop. $320 including the Clear is a lot better then $670 for the HOK paint for sure
Also , I'm interested in what your friend has to say. I might use it on my other car or other bike soon.
Thanks
