I think there may still be a few left in the Ford inventory somewhere. Someone local to me just got from Bill Jenkins 2 weeks ago. Not sure what she paid though.
He was asking about the bracket not the throttle body.
If you are looking directly at the throttle body you install the bracket on the left side but it will need to be flipped upside down from how it is installed on the SVT intake. You can bolt the one upper hole to the throttle body and then the one hole at the bottom which sits above the coolant pipe only needs a stand off (3L upper intake manifold bolt with spacer works great if you can pop the bolt out). I normally use an angle grinder and cut off the remaining part of the bracket that doesn't have a hole to bolt to. It seems to hold up well for all the full 3L's I built.
Below is the best picture I could find of what I described above.
You still need a way to hook up the throttle and cruise cables. You can't just attach them to the throttle body. They also need to be attached to the bracket. The 3L bracket does not accept the 2.5L cables. The only way to hook up the cables is to weld up a custom bracket which is part 3L bracket and part 2.5L bracket or as I said above you can flip the SVT bracket upside down.
That's a good question. I do remember knowing that a custom tb bracket had to be fabbed but it didn't look like that was done on my car. I suppose the mechanic who did my swap had to have gotten at least one thing right...
