P1132 Lack of H02S1 SWT RICH

Car was running fine until I washed the engine bay. After washing it I drove it for a few miles and the CEL came on and know when I come to a stop the rpm's will hang at 1400rpm for a second or two and drop back to normal. Can you guys help me out.

bank 1 O2 sensor is worn out, or possibly has exposed wiring leading to it which would cause a short and the computer to throw a code.
 
Changed the O2 sensor with a Bosch one. It was a real pain in the as* to change it out. Cleared the codes and now I will wait and see if the code pops back up. Good news is it idles perfect and the rpm's don't hang anymore coming to a stop. I also Cleaned the MAF.

yes bank 1 is the firewall side of the engine bay.
