Oil pressure gauge

I'm installing an oil pressure gauge in my tour, but in order to get to the oil pressure sender i think i have to remove or move the bearing mount right by the area,is there another place i can use or can i remove the bearing mount? (it will be put back to original location)

There is a 1/4" NPT plug that can be removed right by the starter. if your using an electric sending unit you will need a couple adapters to get it to clear the starter. i might have a picture that shows where.

will that supply sufficient pressure?

yup, its an oil galley in the block going up to the head.

Do u think 6 ft of tube will do it? LOL it's as long as i have
