Octane boost

read the back of the bottle and pay attention to the part about the fact that it raises your fuel a certain amount of "points" and not octane numbers.

for example, one bottle may raise your octane 10 points.. you're thinking, cool.. 104 octane.. nope.. read the small print.. 100 points = 1 octane number.. so.. you raised it from 94 to 94.1

those numbers are arbitrary, but the principle remains.. read the bottle.
 
Even if it did raise your octane to 104, you wont be gaining any hp either since the car is tuned for 91 octane. I ran 108/113 octane mix in my turbo contour just for dyno purposes when it was tuned for 93 octane. Couldnt hold an idle worth anything.
 
Shortly after I purchased my car, it had been idling funny. So I added octane booster/FI cleaner to the 87 I was filling up with (which is what my car calls for). It made my car run like ABSOLUTE CRAP. Worst spent five bucks ever, or however much it was.
