The Neutral safety switch, is as i said a switch, and they wear out, clean the contact points, or replace it.

I'm assuming the car starts in neutral, as the switch prevent you from starting the car in gear and really should
only do it, in park.

The car will hesitate like its missing. The engine has stalled. When i change the neutral switch. It solves the problem. I have changed the switch 3 times.
 
Well if you've replaced it 3 times, then there is possibly a partly frayed wire, maybe allowing too current to go to the
switch, burning them out. Trace back the wires from the switch , maybe under the car somewhere, see what you can find.
