Nice Mobil 1 rebate going on now

For anyone that needs oil or simply likes to stockpile like I do there is a good rebate going on right now for the Advanced Fuel Economy Mobil 1. The bottles just went down to $22 for a 5 quart jug at Walmart and Mobil will give you a $10 rebate on each jug (limit 2). Thats a great oil for a great price if you're used to just buying oil at full price when you need it.

Is it only the Advanced Fuel Economy oil or regular Mobil 1 as well? I just bought a 5-quart yesterday at Wal-Mart.

WalMart has all Mobil 1 varieties for $22 a 5 qt jug but only the Advanced Fuel Economy has the $10 rebate.

Go to Mobil 1 website and you get the rebate coupon after taking a very short cost savings exercise.

I thought so which is why even I am getting in on it. Nothing beats my $.22 a quart Penzoil yellow bottle from last years rebate but this one has way less steps to take.

What weights is that available in? what did you use for the Contour?

The jugs come in 0w20 (replaces 5w20) and 0w30 (replaces 5w30 and 10w30). I got the 0w30 with the SVT in mind.

The coupon I had was for any Mobil 1 motor oil products. $10.00 for 5 quarts of Mobil 1 is too good to pass up. Unfortunately, the sixth quart was $6.00 and change.

So the Escape has a fresh fill of Mobil 1 5/20. The Contour gets 5 quarts 0/30 with 1 quart SUV 5/30 for the next change. They didn't have 0/30 available in individual quarts.

Thats the old rebate I believe. People on BITOG have mentioned it but I havent seen that one.
