need help with code p0055

hi i just got this code the other day p0055, HO2S heater resistance bank1 sensor 3.I could find much on this, so i need some help figure out what this code is and how to fix it.thanks

heater for oxygen sensor most likely open. Each oxygen sensor has a heater element to get it heated to operating temperature quickly at startup.
I had the wiring to my old 95 actually break inside the harness. In a wiring diagram you will see the sensor has 4 wires. 2 for the actual sensor and 2 for the heater circuit.

Says it can be the sensor, wiring or both. Also can be the plug.

So then change the o2 sensor and when i am their check to see if any of the wiring to 02 sensor is damaged

Check harness first, may not need new sensor.
