Mortgage Brokers in the area?

Anyone dealt with a Mortgage Broker in the area? A good one? Looking to get pre approved and looking for a broker to get the best deal with. I Have looked around, but don't see any places I have ever heard off.

I just did a re-mortgage on my house, and used an aquaintance that was recommended in Toronto named Paul Travers at Mortgage Architects. 416-303-4972
He shopped around and got me a great rate and term, after offering several options, based on what you are looking for.
He works out of his Brampton office, and serves the GTA and Hamilton areas.
Just mention that you were speaking with IAN from this forum, and he will certainly be able to assist, and get results pretty quickly.

I'd recommend going through ING direct they have mine and its the best rate around.
