well I am not the first person to install these, maybe the second but I am not sure ... I did notice them along time ago on Ebay and finally deceided to buy a set ... I still have to deside how to glue them to the gage cover ... I didn't have the cover snapped all the way on so it isn't flush to the gages but you get the idea

I am figuring it will go nicely with the autovation pedals and heel guard that I have in the car ...

cost about $32 from Germany

I'm planning on do them also. I'm just so tired of changing gauges that I don't feel like opening them up AGAIN for more modifications.

if its real chrome you could always give it the "oval treatment" and give it a dip in the acid and paint body color....might look nice.

Brian how did you get them so quick? I feel like mine took forever to come in! I think it definitely modernizes the instrument panel a bit.

think it took about a week or two to get them ... I ended up using some clear silicon rtv that I got, 66B iirc, put some in the corners and pressed it on ... also i didn't remove the lens I just feed them in, did get alittle messy but some WD40 help clean it up ...

Yeah, I didn't remove the lense either. I didnt think you could without breaking something. Isn't it epoxied into place or something?

Really add class. Should have set up a group buy. I'd be in if we could get them for $20. $32 doesn't seem too bad though. And what is everyone talking about refering to the cluster cover? It just pops off. Not melted together. Not that I recall anyway.

They are talking about how the cover itself is 2 pieces. The clear plastic part and the black part that lays over the gauges. Those are joined as one piece.
