mil eliminator

my mil eliminator are broke by the dog i kill now i need to make 2 dosnt matter if are home made it or need to buy parts in radio shack , anybody know how to make a mil eliminator? or the link i have made a search and dont find nothing

I still say why bother with splicing and cutting. The infamous anti-fouler trick should work fine too.
