MIL Eliminator help

I have been fixing issues on a 4/1999 Mercury Mystique 2.5L for a couple months. The last issue is the expensive one, code P0420. I have tried everything I have read in here to try before replacing the cat. The cat is not clogged and I believe the problem may be with the ECM being to tight. I am done pumping $ into this car. I am wanting to put MIL elims on but not sure where to buy them or where they go. I see the 02's up on the manifolds but thats all I see. Can someone give me a link to the one(s) I need (direct plug in)? Does the 2.5 have 2- 02's then 1 monitor down stream somewhere or two an two? Thanks.

there are two down stream sensors.

You can buy MIL's from Joey at npg-racing.com for like $40. they come with easy instructions. You just put them on the downstream (blue) sensors.
