I am in need of a 98-00 shifter base with all the components. Not sure if performance is the right place to post this. The part is that little "cage" that holds the shifter counter weight and houses the cables underneath it. Please PM me or post here with what you have or if there may be an aftermarket source for this. Thanks!
 
I apologize for never getting back to you. I would like to get a metal base from the earlier contours. If anyone has one of these available still I would greatly appreciate a price and shipping to 59404. I am under the impression the CFM short shift kit comes with all the bearings and bushings necessary. Please let me know. Thanks!
