Keyless entry issue

I’ve had a issue with my 99 svt’s locks since I bought the car 2 years ago but it never bothered me until now, when you press the lock/unkock button on the fob the car will honk/active alarm but the locks don’t lock. Anyone had a similar issue with there’s? Any help is greatly appreciated.
